In 2014, AT&T was already looking ahead at 2020 and the challenges their workforce was facing in terms of skills gap and capabilities. Internally, AT&T wanted to develop a site that would serve as a useful resources for professional development opportunities.

WEBSITE DESIGN

MOOD BOARDS

We began the process with an in-depth kick-off call with the internal HR team at AT&T responsible for this initiative. They identified three key concepts that they would like for this new site to reflect. We delivered a series of mood boards for them to reflect upon.

DESIGN CONCEPTS

Following a productive Discovery Phase, we then delivered a series of unique concept page designs that represented the client’s vision.

WEB DESIGN

After working closely with the AT&T HR team and AT&T Brand team, we were able to successfully design a website that provided not only resources on how to advance an employees career, but also integrated progress tracking and connecting of mentors from within the organization.

The website design files were then packaged and delivered to the AT&T team for development.
